Return Policy
Items purchased from Tackle Center may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or replacement of defective items.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting Tackle Center Customer Service by phone (1-800-658-4050) or email.
- Returns must be sent within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, complete with original packaging and accessories.
- Products not purchased by you directly from TackleCenter.com will be returned to sender at cost.
Special Offers and Rebates
Any product purchased as a special offer, sale or at a discounted price may be returned for the purchased price. Defective or damaged items that were purchased as a special offer, sale, or promotion may be sent in for a replacement item. We will not exchange special offer or discounted purchases for "like items."
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If an item is returned for replacement that Tackle Center no longer carries or has in stock, you will receive an e-mail notification offering either a comparable replacement item, when available, or a refund for the purchased price. Refunds are guaranteed only when returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
